Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the door to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup
Carefully repackage the door in its original protective crate or pallet to prevent damage during transit; please ensure all hardware and hinges are included.
Schedule Transportation
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the item from your property at a scheduled time that works for you.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for any modifications or damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
