What is the typical lead time for custom door orders?
Custom door orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture and prepare for shipment, depending on the complexity of the design and wood species selected.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we specialize in supplying high-quality doors, we do not provide direct installation. However, we can provide a list of recommended third-party contractors in your area.
How are the doors packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
All doors are secured in heavy-duty reinforced crates with foam padding and moisture-resistant wrapping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for standard-sized doors?
Standard-sized doors can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been hung, cut, or painted. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Are your exterior doors pre-finished or unfinished?
We offer both options. You can choose from our factory-applied stains and paints for a ready-to-install finish, or select unfinished options if you prefer to DIY.
Do you provide warranties on your products?
Yes, all our doors come with a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
